COVID-19 Guidelines Last Updated: The CDC provides the following guidance for COVID exposure: If you are up to date on your COVID vaccines (defined by the CDC as having received all vaccines and boosters recommended) wear a well-fitting mask for ten (10) days and get tested at least five (5) days from close contact with someone with COVID. The CDC defines "close contact" as being within six (6) feet for a cumulative of fifteen (15) minutes two days or less with someone who develops symptoms of COVID masked or unmasked. If you develop symptoms of COVID sooner, isolate and get tested. If you are NOT up to date on your COVID vaccines (defined by the CDC as having received all vaccines and boosters recommended) quarantine for five (5) days, wear a well-fitting mask if you must be around others, get tested at least five (5) days after close contact with someone with COVID. The CDC defines "close contact" as being within six (6) feet for a cumulative of fifteen (15) minutes two days or less with someone who develops symptoms of COVID masked or unmasked.
